Where email signups are stored: Email addresses collected through our website popup are sent to Natalie's email inbox at Hello@soulfulllashes.com and may be added to an email marketing list managed by Natalie directly. We do not currently use an automated email marketing platform — all email communication is handled personally.

Third-party services

GlossGenius — handles appointment booking and client records. Their privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform.
Stripe — processes training program payments. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. We never see or store your full card number.
Google Analytics & Tag Manager — used for website analytics. Data is anonymized and aggregated.
Netlify — hosts this website. Standard web server logs may be collected by Netlify per their privacy policy.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Our website is served over HTTPS (encrypted connection). We do not store payment card information. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
